"My car dash lights came on during my visit to Rockford and they allowed me to leave my car for towing, even facilitated that by keeping my keys safely at front desk so i wouldn't have to leave car unlocked with keys in. Also they upgraded my room at no charge when first room smelled a bit musty at no charge , since that would have triggered my asthma. Breakfast was very good as well. Thanks to staff at facility for a very accommodating stay."
