"We had originally booked a 2 queen bed room with a roll-in accessible shower. When we checked I. We were told that the room should not have been allowed to be booked because that shower was broken. We have a son in a wheelchair so this was very inconvenient. They gave us a different room with a step in shower but they didn't even have a shower chair. The room was clean, but not very wheelchair friendly."

"Embassy Suites does not have a designated parking lot. There are free lots but I was attending the Bob Dylan concert (sold out) and the Rockford IceHogs hockey team were playing. I prepaid at the Concourse Parking Garage which is .4 miles away from the Embassy. The venue hosting the concert said finding parking would be competitive. I was glad to get parking close and my stay was wonderful at the Embassy Suites. The rooms are beautiful, quiet, clean & the staff was very nice. They have two...

"They dont seem to clean the hotel. Dirty bathroom, hair in sink and on floor. Trash still in room at check in. Hotel in general is dated and needs a makeover. Ended up leaving and not staying.. Wont be back."

"The room had only sheers covering the window. No privacy at night. There was also a bright light shining up to show the building that made it impossible to have a dark room (even with a blanket drapes across it!). The walls are thin (I could hear the room next door snoring). The internet connection is open (no security) and poor.
