A repeat stay for us was excellent -- the hotel is comfortable, quiet with good aircon and walking distance to anything in Buxton. Note access to the indoor and outdoor pools is now paid-for separately (does not come included with bed and breakfast rates).

Radisson Blu Hotel, Sheffield
One-night stay at the Radisson. Room spacious, modern, clean and big with an excellent shower room. Good meal at the rooftop restaurant, and very good breakfast. My only criticism would be the inability to drop off luggage outside the hotel, though to be fair there's not much the hotel can do about ...

Sandman Signature Sheffield Quays Hotel
I felt this hotel was excellent. And very good value for money. A good size room in great condition. And I liked the bar area and immediately canal location. Friendly staff, well done!

Place was good overall, the doors are incredibly noisy and slam every time you go through them (which if you go to the loo in the night not only wakes up your partner but I imagine the people sleeping on the neighbouring apartments) and the windows dont seem like that have ever been cleaned.
