"This place was clean, and lots of space. The room was extremely comfortable. Was able to cook in the villa.. Handy for getting ubers if needed...as they could come right to your front door. Staff was polite and courteous. They went out of their way to get us in a room next door to other family members. "

That said, there are some areas that could use improvement. The common areas—particularly the elevators and passageways—felt neglected and gave off an abandoned, poorly maintained impression. With a bit more attention to upkeep in these spaces, the overall experience would be even better. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning, especially if these maintenance concerns are addressed."

"The elevator is either broken or just doesnt run at all ..We had to take the stairs to the 5th floor almost every time up and down..They run out of towels everyday its unbelievable..Lots of broken or stuff thats not working..I have stayed here before and had no problems thats why we came back..Obviously its going down hill..Check in took an hour and the parking lot is so hard to navigate ..Ladtly they never said the water park was under construction that made me really upset aswell.."
