"Was pleasantly surprised how the place was kept up. The Area itself had a bad reputation somewhat but i was very happy. I seen no issues in the facility or the surrounding areas. Was just the opposite of the rumors. *Right next to an easy access highway, movie theatre right behind it. 2 min from Downtown, good eateries & businesses. Even the downstairs bar/restaurant was nice. I'll be back for sure ..."

"The stay at Hyatt House was great as usual. The reception staff are always so welcoming, friendly, and helpful especially Christina! We were very grateful to be able to transition to this second room first thing in the morning instead of having to wait until the normal 3pm check in time. Only disappointment was that there was no oven although photos on both Expedia and the hotel website show a full stove and oven for the 1 bedroom queen accessible room."

"Splendid bed and breakfast"

"Nice hotel, however a few notes in regard the professionalism of the staff, front desk agent missed to inform the hours of the breakfast that apparently was closed 1 hour before indicated time in the website, as well at the check in she lucked to mention where the elevators were, Sheets were wrinkled and the pillows were very thin, the sink in the bathroom needs a better scrubbing. I wouldn’t consider another stay there in this circumstances."

"The hotel is undergoing a major refurbashing so two of the floors were completely under construction, so to speak. We had a newly renovated room. Positives include free parking and a nice breakfast. The room we had was also of a good size, with a nice couch, and a small separate area with a microwave, simple coffee maker, and a nice sink with water. There was also a writing desk and enough outlets for charging. Also the staff were all extremely professional and friendly. Finally the hotel is...

"I love this hotel.Staff is lovely, room is spotless, and they kindly called me and arranged pick-up for a small item I left behind. The location is perfect -- within walking distance to wonderful dining, shopping, and Harvard Square. It does not offer many amenities but is within a stone's throw of many restaurants, shops, and convenience stores (including a Star Market, Target, and CVS)."

"Everything is great about the place. The only challenge is that it is between two roadways and it is noisy if they could put something too quiet the rooms on the windows may be a greater place, but that’s the only drawback. Bring earplugs if you need quiet at night!!"

"No luggage rack! Not well decorated room. Chargers on lamp didn't work. Lighting is way too bright and bathroom vent way too loud! Tub floor was slippery and no safety bars in the shower. No one at front desk when I had a question. Terrible parking when it rains as alot of the pavement seems to get flooded. Loud music from the bar until pretty late. Only one door in and out and some of the rooms are far far away from the main door. Also no elevator if you have heavy suitcases so you have...
