"I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent, could’ve had more fresh fruit but that’s alright! The coffee in the lobby was very good too. The room/bathroom was very clean. The shower head was confusing though, it was spraying the water with a lot of pressure and I couldn’t reach to change it. But overall, the stay here was very nice and I definitely will come back again. "

"Unfortunately there are few options in downtown Kenosha for staying overnight. You can stay here where they have made some upgrades but have done shoddy work. The drywall work is touch and patchy, the towel hangers come off the wall. Or you can stay at the Stella where the mattresses are like stone. The staff is great. But management and maintenance should step it up with their contractors on their upgrades. Or reduce the rates to meet expectation. "

"This place was having a bad day. The fire alarm kept randomly going off in the middle of the night. When we woke up in the morning there was water flowing from the ceiling and water down the hallways on at least two levels. There were holes smashed in the walls. There were people with vacuums and hoses everywhere. It was a complete disaster. "

"Family of four, girls are 9 and 14. We go to different great wolf lodges. This one wasnt bad, two attractions were closed temporarily due to kids puking. Be present with your kids, go on the water slides, tube the lazy river, get smoked by big waves in the wave pool. Sad seeing all the parents on their phone then we are dealing with the kids behavior with no parent around. No hot tub here unfortunately. Best GWL hot tub is in Traverse City, MI. HUGE adult hot tub and even a decent size family...
