"Made a reservation, called during their business hours to confirm check in, no one answered. After several tries they were not able to get a hold of them. We ended up booking a different hotel for this reason and this hotel still charged us the full amount without us even able to check in. This is a total scam."

There’s no room service, during the stay they do not clean the room, and for dinner, there’s only a mediocre buffet or an Indian restaurant that’s always full. "The hotel is lovely in a peaceful setting of the mountains. It had a restaurant and bar, but only offered breakfast and drinks, which stopped after 8 p.m. We had to find a shop and buy whatever food we could, for a meal."
