Upon check in, was informed there are NO carts to transport our luggage/cooler/and our equipment backpacks; as a senior citizen, that was a challenge. Then was informed hot tub was out of service. We check in to our room, only to find the refrigerator is a solid block of ice. We were moved to another room with a working refrigerator. Went to fill the ice bucket, only to be told the ice machine was not working; we were directed to one at the other end of the building. After finally settling in, there is long hairs in the bathtub-EWW! The next morning, after rinsing the tub, we prepare to shower, only to find the cloth bath-mat stained; I find this especially irritating, since your check in procedure informed me that we would be charged for any stained linens. I turned in the bath mat to the front desk and requested fresh towels. The "breakfast" was below average, the snack machine was 90% empty with old items. This facility needs a TOTAL re-vamp, from Management to Maintenance to Housekeeping. And Wyndham: Quit trying to sell me a time-share when I'm trying to check-in after travelling. On second thought, that might be your ONLY shot at selling Anything to a guest. Why? Because after staying at this poorly managed, ill-equipped broken down facility, Wyndham has ZERO chance of getting another Dime from guests. BTW: I have time stamped photos of refrigerator, tub, bath mat And bedding/headboard that was NOT clean. This facility appeared to be a good value ; NOT TRUE.
