"hotel is clean and staff is friendly. Although there is a bit issues about bathroom, but the staff fixed it promptly. Specially, I would like to thank reception staff Andrea who is helpful to solve out whatever I need."
"Location is good, close to the busy areas, but is quiet. 10 minute walking to Mi Teleferico station. The area appears to be safe. Room is clean, water presure is good. Furnitures are old with their antique feeling. There is a heater in the room if needed. Staffs are very friendly. Breakfast is ok. They allowed us to check in early, and stored our luggages after we checked out. 24 hour front desk and all day available of hot water and coffees and teas."
