"I booked this for the spa and pool. When I got there it was booked out for an event 8:30am-5:30pm both days. I got up at 7:30am to use the pool before the event, I was told I couldn't and managed to convince the man working there to let me in. He said I could only use the pool and 10 mins max and not to use the spa. Very disappointing. Especially since the sign said the event started 8:30am and technically I had a whole hour to use the spa. "

"The property is in poor condition, old and outdated. It needs a full restoration to the rooms to bring it back. Plumbing and hot water issues, lack of cleaniness, especially providing water damaged toilet paper for public use. The staff tried hard to please, seems like a losing battle with what the property offers in it's current condition."

"It was ok, room door faced a service station opposite which felt a little exposed, bed was comfortable, bedding clean but the bathroom was so run down and in need of a refresh that I didn’t want to use the shower as the base looked grotty. Don’t believe the pictures online!"
