"Place was ok for an overnight stay. It was clean but there was a bug trap under the nightstand filled with dead bugs. Kinda gross , but I also appreciated it because There was a huge live cockroach in the room when we checked in. I also understood because it’s so close to the lake so it was not a big deal to me. All and all it was fine for our overnight stay while traveling. Check in and out was super easy and convenient. The owner posts her info if you need any assistance."

"This is our second time staying with Riverview Lodge and parking is great staff are amazing and very helpful. We need it. Air-conditioning is great and rooms are decent but can be better if upgraded."

"The property is located in a beautiful area, however it seems not well maintained and lack of employees. Check in was smooth and the front dest person was very nice. It’s hard to get hold of anyone when you need help. The room has spider webs and spiders, the bathroom has mould on the ceiling and shower curtain was very dirty. We didn’t get to shower because there is no bath towels due to shut down of electricity. Not very pleasant stay!"

"I absolutely loved the property and close it was to everything in downtown Kernville including my friends that live there. Also the bed was very comfortable and the amenities in the room and private patio were great to have as well."
