"The Parkhotel Laurin is just steps away from a beautiful park and the train station. It is a beautiful hotel and air conditioned! It is close to the historic city center and convenient to anything you plan to do in Bolzano and surrounding area. There is a lovely breakfast served daily as well as a bar with light snacks available. There is also a full restaurant which we did not try. We had a beautiful view of the Dolomites and went to see the exhibit about Otzi, the Ice Man. The exhibit was about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel was was surprisingly quiet, considering it's right downtown, which is really nice as well."

"The room was clean and spacious. We only stayed for one night on our way to the dolomites. Staff were ok not friendly nor rude. The only thing i have to say is that the breakfast buffet was full of bugs I couldn’t eat anything. Nothing had a cover flies everywhere."

"Amazing oasis in the historic center of city. The mature tree canopy and hedge offers a resort feel but you are just a few blocks from the train station, cable car, upscale shopping, and incredible historical sites in the pedestrian area of the city. The pool was a perfect way to relax and refresh after a day of siteseeing or hiking. There are so many little touches that exude high quality design-- from the in-room Marshall speaker to the yoga mat to the reading material near the pool and sauna/gym area. I felt like I was at a wellness resort in a very well-run city hotel."

"This is a family run operation and it is so well done. Our room was comfortable and the view from the balcony was spectacular. Breakfast was always ready and the choice to be outside or inside was nice. We always selected outside for the scenery. The room had nice extras for places to hang your incidental washing. Helga was wonderful, welcoming and so helpful. We even stayed an extra day because everything was working so well. We highly recommend."
