"Restaurant was lively with good food but small portions. Very understaffed. No wait staff to order at the table. Hotel room was nicely appointed with comfortable beds and updated bathroom. The ceiling in the shower however was crumbling and 3rd world for an otherwise excellent place. Airport hopper service was convenient and parking was easy for my visitor. Also this property was half the price of the HGI inside the Heathrow terminal. The 7pound shuttle made the choice easy even for an early flight. Would recommend!"

"The only problem was the slope in the bath. In order to get under the shower, you have to walk uphill and stand on the slope. That makes it feel precarious and slippery, and I don't think it's very safe."
