"My room which had a view of the beach was a blessing I needed. Staff was very very nice everywhere I went. Only thing I would comment on is I was there to see a 2 day concert over at Hard Rock Hotel/Casino and thought I had to go outside to get there. When I asked someone what was the best way to, I was given wrong information from someone who didn't know or understand my question maybe. They told me to go to the right and I ended up going into the white-gated parking lot that was in front of Hard Rock only to learn there was no way to get out but to go out the way I came in. Fortunately and employee coming out of from the Resort hotel garage entrance told me there was a walkway inside the Resort that would take me there on the Dining level but I had to walk quite a ways to get to it and ended up being late to the concert. I was grateful though, that the walkway was actually very conveniently located close to the elevator I was using to get to and from my room. It was life changing because I have a real issue going on with my knee that was making it very painful and difficult to walk alot. It would very helpful if this information was posted on the dining level or made available to guest inside their Resort hotel rooms. Overall I had an absolutely wonderful stay."
