"The room was clean but there were NO towels when I got in it. I checked in well past 3pm so I don't see why this was an issue I had to deal with myself. Also the main drain in the handicapped bathroom hadn't been flushed as required with very hot water and bleach if necessary so I had to deal with the foul smell when I showered and the flies that came out of the drain. They seemed to multiply in droves! It was disturbing that I spent 10 mins each day there trying to kill them so I could be in the bathroom. I poured the hot water down the drain and it slowed them from coming out some but not completely and I had to have the door closed so they wouldn't gravitate to the actual room and disturb me there. I gave these drain tips to the girl when I checked out and told her of this annoyance as well. Please take care of the non-occupied rooms as well; takes all of 5mins each room to take care of the drains to prevent someone from bathing with company (funny not funny). Thank you!"

"This Holiday Inn was great overall! The room and lobby were clean and comfortable. Stayed here for 5 nights and given the price we were very satisfied! Mostly helpful staff and there is a restaurant and full bar in the lobby which is convenient. Pool looked nice but it was closed for the season. It was centrally located for everything we had planned in DC, Baltimore and Columbia! I would stay here again if we are in the area!"
