"Ótima localização, metrô próximo e várias conveniências em volta (7 Eleven, Whole Foods, CVS, etc). Quarto aconchegante e espaçoso, camas super confortáveis e banho excelente. Equipe gentil e cordial (e aqui vale uma menção especial ao Senhor Costa - que nos recebeu com muita atenção e carinho, tornando nossa estadia ainda mais incrível). Quando voltarmos a Washington nos hospedaremos novamente lá, com certeza."

"I want to move in! Perfect location and property for picky guests! Staff was incredible. The restaurant was amazing and beautiful. Try the giant shrimp cocktail! I wish I had time to enjoy the rooftop pool."

"It was such a lovely stay! Ms.Bushra (property manager/POC) was so helpful from start to finish. She made herself available with any questions/concerns I had. The apartment itself was lovely, it felt like “home” as a frequent traveler. Would definitely recommend to stay here "

We appreciated their willingness to answer our questions and be as helpful as possible - esp. since my husband has a progressive neurological disease requiring my assistance. It really meant a lot to us as this was my husband’s “final farewell” to his parents who are interred at Quantico Natl Cemetery."

"Great location, beautiful property. Bed was comfy. It was a 10 minute walk to the metro. A different metro was 10 minutes the other direction. Plenty of options for food and groceries. Full kitchen was nice. Overall, it was a great place I'd stay at again. "

"Fabulous views of WA mon. from big picture windows in bedroom and living room! Great natural light - huge windows! Spacious! Felt homey! Fantastic, comfortable bed! Big TV screen in living and bedroom! Full kitchen! Close to great groceries, many restaurants, mall, metro! Very clean. I would recommend that the cleaning company clean the lint from dryer regularly - it was very full which is a fire risk. The checking process needs some fine tuning - they use a service that starts with AI...

"The property exactly in the pictures. Very spacious for a family of 7, sheets are nice and clean, bathroom spotless, 5 minutes walk to nearest train station, kitchen well supplied. Thank you Diana for accomodating us. We will visit again!"

"Used as a base for 2 nights whilst stopping over in DC before going to a wedding. Apartment was clean, comfortable and met all our needs. Check in was fine and the ability to leave our luggage in the post room the day of departure was very much appreciated. "Check in was great, communication with Margerita was amazing! She checked in to make sure everything was going well. Text communication with quick response was perfect. The apartment was clean and comfortable, affordable for the location and what we needed for my family. Would def recommend! "

"The location was perfect for walking to the Metro and places to eat. It felt very safe, even walking at night. We enjoyed being so close to the Washington and Old Dominion Trail and rented bikes from a nearby Capital Bikeshare station to explore. One thing that was confusing is the check in—you need to fill out a form online with your personal details before check in. Upon arrival, press “Leasing Office” on the door pad to call the front desk to be let in. We arrived at night and were confused...
