"I stayed here some years ago and this property was great. It’s really gone downhill since the last time I was there. The downsides were the room was pretty filthy and the mattress protector underneath the sheets looked like it had never been cleaned, and had all kinds of interesting stains. When we walked in one of the drapes was completely down and the window was open, (as in unlocked). Make sure you check that, especially if you’re on the ground floor. "The front desk was not helpful at all. Just needed a corkscrew in the room, and she said i had to call and order it from room service. The phone in the room did not work. Still the front desk would not help order it for me. Unbelievable. The valet was amazing!"

"We hosted a bridal shower for my soon to be daughter-in-law in the Hennessy suite. From the second we pulled up to the Crosby, all hands were on deck helping to bring all of our party supplies to the room. Greeted by staff and manager and personally escorted to the room to make sure we had everything we needed. The suite was perfect for the occasion, clean, spacious, comfortable, it was perfect. We had an amazing time at the Crosby and the Stillwater area."

"The woman that was there to check me in was rude and unpleasant. However the rest of the staff, including the valet drivers, were nice. The room was okay (although for a river view room, the river was not visible). I wish the room had bottled water and/or snacks (in addition to having them available in the sundry). Great location, good price, nothing fancy."
