Hotel Red Lion di Woodinville

"Rooms were absolutely disgusting and the customer service was abhorrent. We ended up canceling our stay because of how awful the rooms were (gum in the carpet, hair in the showers, something floating in the toilet, gunk on the tables, holes in the walls), and when Expedia tried to call the hotel and sent emails to get our money back, the manager never returned the calls. Two days later, they tried to run my credit card to charge me for parking when I didn't even stay there, and again, they told...

"The floor in the room was sticky. Dirty towels. Tv didn't work. old smelly carpet. burn hole in sheet. Ironing board with no cover, but NO iron. The breakfast advertised was a joke. dry cereal and god knows how old the milk was. Twinkies and chocolate cupcakes. old bread for toast. Small bottles of sunny D juice and boxed apple juice. Staff was NOT helpful. When they were at front desk, they were on their cell phones. Door to room was difficult to open and had to get help. Will NEVER stay there...
