"I was charged for a safe service and I noticed it later. They should not be charging us for that. We have not used it and the customer service should keep us aware about this fee.
When I was adjusting the water before talking a shower, the shower curtain fell on me and the metal pipe hurt my back so bad in my back and my head. My 4 y o child was with me and it touched his head a little as well."

"No bathmat to prevent slipping in tub. Huge liability.
Clean Room, some small maintenance item but overall impressed with the stay.
Breakfast was excellent and staff in restaurant was fabulous. Michelle (Waitress) was incredibly."
