"When our initial room didn't have much of a window, the staff was very helpful and quickly switched us to an available room with a balcony for a nominal fee. The place has a cool retro beach-motel vibe, which some may enjoy more than others but we liked. Despite the meh weather, the attached pub was pretty lively for dinner with a nice outside seating area and I'm sure that during the summer the whole place and attached small beach are very lively. We enjoyed our one-night stay and may return...

"My only complaint is The air conditioner is loud. Easy parking and clean bathroom. Staff is efficient. There’s a laundry room and vending machine for drinks. A clean motel."

"Great location but wish it was not in such a busy area. Staff very nice. Room had a lovely kitchen and was clean snd comfortable. It was near several beaches. Breakfast was good. Eggs were already cooked . Yogurt, coffee tea juice all available."

"The room was very clean. It had both a microwave and refrigerator which is always a plus. It’s not a fancy motel but it is maintained well. Good place to lay your head."

"This is a basic no frills low cost option along the 95 corridor. I booked it for a last minute trip to DC from cape cod. I cannot comment on the breakfast as I was up and gone early. The room was small, but the linens and towels were clean, the mattress was perfectly suitable, and the bath- while a bit dated was serviceable and clean. A decent option if you, like me cant accept The $250+ prices being charged for the Marriott, Hyatt, and Hilton brands in this same area."

"Check in was weird, guy gave my 10 year old daughter a dirty and weird look that she was asking to leave as she was so scared. Ceilings were peeling off, paint was coming off"

"We did have an issue with the room we were originally stayed in. We didn’t see the mess right away( it was on the side of the bed on the box that there were some nasty stains(not from food or drink related) plus found an unused condom that was under the other bed. Front desk was able to give us another room immediately and gave us extra points for our next trip. New room was great"
