"This is an outstanding hotel in a great location. The hotel is looks like new and the lobby is very spacious and attractive and the staff was especially helful and welcoming. Great fitness center! The room was among the best I've stayed in recently and I've recently traveled and stayed in San Francisco, Big Sky Montana, Jacksonville, Florida and 3 hotels in Switzerland. The kitchenette was the best! The desk area was large as well as the sitting area with couch. I'll be back!"

"Most things about our stay were lovely! The property is beautiful and the rooms were clean. There were only two issues - one was how hard the bed was. I know that everyone has their preferences but this bed was practically rock hard to me. On the other end of the spectrum, my husband liked the firmness. "Does NOT have a pool, does NOT provide breakfast. See photo of the sign posted as well; but the pool is permanently closed. The ice machine is "temporarily" out of service, but the notice stating this looks like it had been up for a couple of months. They say the rates are lower for not having a pool anymore, and they offer to give you a refund if you don't want to stay - knowing that most people are not going to hassle with finding a new place and having to pay last-minute rates. "I went to my room and the door stuck I had to pull it to close it so they gave me another room it was fine but the day I was about to leave I saw some roaches coming out the lobby the carpet wasn't clean and the floor was uneven"

"The property definitely gives what you pay for. The rooms can definitely use an update feel. There are minor/simple things that can make the room better looking. Updating the paint on walls maybe some accent decor, discard the bedding if it has spot on them. The overall stay wasn’t bad the pictures advertised should reflect the room my personal opinion."

"The property itself is very lovely and rich with history. It was peaceful to walk around and observe the beautiful oak trees. My room however had carpet with stains everywhere. I was surprised for the cost of the room that the carpet looked really dirty."
