"Only one elevator was working for the 5 nights we were there. Evidently, the part to fix the elevator has been ordered, but had yet to arrive by the time we left. Staff was knowledgeable and personable at the front desk and at the restaurant.."

"Biggest issue was trying to figure out what the charges are. They charged the cc before and it was supposed to be pay on arrival. The charged upon arrival $75 for incidentals and maybe something else because the amount on my cc was maybe $175 more and they said at the desk we had $25 a day credit for use at the hotel, so we didn’t use it not sure if it was a gimmick. I asked at the desk after check out if the amount on the account screen was correct and she said yes and I would get an email receipt, which I haven’t seen. Very confusing. The valet said that they charge for everything. There said they provided beach chairs and umbrellas, yet they charged $50 a day."
