The reception staff advised that even when a city-view room is booked, it may not always be available, which was disappointing. If a specific room type or view is important to you, it may be worth confirming this with the hotel before your stay."

"sehr schönes Hotel, nahe der Innenstadt, moderne, saubere Zimmer, trotz Innenstadtnähe, relativ ruhig gelegen (ist allerdings auch zimmerabhängig.) Dusche war etwas zu modern (nur Regendusche + kleine Handbrause, welche nicht so aufgehangen werden konnte, damit man darunter stehen konnte (nur senkrecht) In manchen Zimmern nur Badewanne (Einstieg sehr hoch) Zimmer im 3. Stock waren sehr warm und auch nicht ganz so ruhig, da man die Hauptstraße hören konnte (Zimmer 306). Wunsch nach ruhigem Zimmer...

"The best place to stay in Wroclaw. They have the best city view. You will not regret it. The owner Piotr and the staff Nina are very kind, warm, helpful people. They will take care of you, you have nothing to worry about. The price of their apartment is also better than the others."

"Fabulous location, quite modest sized yet welcoming rooms. There was ample common space to eat, drink or just relax. 5 minutes from the flower market and less than 19 from the Market Square. Breakfast was nice but IMO overpriced. There is Starbucks 5 minutes away foe Americans craving their daily fix. Would stay again."

"The hotel is housed in a restored tenement building, with former residential apartments converted into hotel rooms. Unfortunately, the building has no ventilation system, which resulted in significant heat and stuffiness in the common areas — corridors, the lift, and the staircase. We booked a Deluxe apartment, which is clearly well past its prime. Worn furniture, scratched and stained walls, and cupboards that do not close properly bear no resemblance to the photos displayed on the hotel’s...
