Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. This hotel is the worst compared to others at the same price level. 1 Air con is not working. The time I stayed in the hotel is the coldest time of the year. The hotel staff got me a portable heater which made the room extremely dry. 2 No hand washer. Couldn’t find hand washer in the bathroom. 3 dust covers the wardrobe. 4 breakfast sucks. Cold and hard food. 5 weak tv signal. 6 gym. Some rusted machines and a couple of treadmills which are just placed in the room for display. None of them literally works. 7 hot water. The supply of hot water isn’t stable. There’s no hot water sometimes which is really annoying in winter. I’ll never stay in the hotel again.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. It’s located in the quiet area so the eatings and public transportation require 15-20 minutes walk.

The room was generally clean. It was very quiet, with no air conditioner or traffic noise. The entire staff was pleasant, professional, and helpful. It is a little far from the center of the city, but the subway, public bus and taxi are convenient. There is also a good restaurant close by. Most of the breakfast items we had were cold (during the Chinese National Holiday), but we found out the reason in the last few days of our stay, when more guests came in and we started having warm food. We will consider using this hotel for our next trip.

All staff was extremely helpful and competent. Breakfast was fresh and healthy. My only complaint is that their hot water is warm. I like to take hot showers and that's not an option here.

在武汉中转，这家酒店去汉口火车站很方便，地铁一站路就到了。早餐在5楼，品种还算齐全，环境很不错，一排落地窗，有阳光晒着很舒服。

小さなホテルでしたが従業員がとてもフレンドリーできもちがよかった。空港から地下鉄2号線で9駅30分地下鉄長江路駅E口を出て右にまっすぐ広い通りも横切って真っ直ぐで10分弱で着きます。 飛行場からも近くタクシーでも80元です。 街中へも地下鉄で。

性價比高 ，位置大致方便，距離地鐵2号線長港路站約10分鐘步程，從地鐵D或E出口一直走就到了（E出口有扶手電梯，不用爬樓梯） 酒店附近並無任何食肆或便利商店，用餐宜到長港路站一帶 房間暖氣太強了，很悶熱，亦不能調低房温，這是唯一不滿的地方

飛行場に一番近い
武漢の飛行場に一番近いので朝早い出発のホテルには最適です。設備も価格より良くてフロントの従業員も英語の対応に問題ないです。夜遅くなっても、連絡をしておけば何時になっても対応してくれます。

禁煙室で予約していたが、フロントの対応は喫煙室しか開いていませんといわれました。 仕方なく、了解して喫煙室に泊まりましたが、たばこの臭いが気になりました、予約の意味がありません。 予約の段階で宿泊料は支払い済なのでキャンセルして、他のホテルに変更出来なかった。 次回は予約時の条件の履行を願います。

観光には向かない
チェックイン時に保険で500元取られますが、チェックアウト時に返されます。現金かカードでOKですが、英語か中国語が話せないと困るでしょう。表記だけでも日本語が無いと、普通の日本人は利用しないと思う。ホテル周辺はホテルだらけで街へは歩いてでは行けない。部屋はパット見綺麗だが、所々手抜き工事の跡がある。清掃のおばちゃんはとても親切にしてくれる。

空港バスが通る道に程近いホテル
一泊だけさせて頂きましたが、従業員の対応は普通だったところを除けば、それ以外は部屋もきれいで広々とし、清潔感溢れるすばらしいホテルでした。交通の便ですが、空港バスのバス停留所まで徒歩5分ほどですので、空港への便はかなり良いと思います。残念な点ですが、最寄駅の地下鉄の駅からは徒歩15分くらいかかるうえに、最後に大通りを渡るのに横断歩道がなく、苦労します。(荷物持っている人はかなり命がけの横断を強いられます。)でも、中国はどこ行ってもこんなもんだと分かっている人にはお得なホテルだと思います。ちなみに、朝御飯はバイキングですが、10種類くらいは出て来ますので、これで文句を言うのは失礼でしょう。ただ、観光地を回るには微妙な場所で、余りお勧めしないです。(観光地の移動まで地下鉄使っても結構時間がかかります。)個人的には、観光中心の方は、長江(揚子江)を渡った武昌側に泊まった方が良いと思いました。

部屋の室内には、金庫、冷蔵庫、ネット回線など必要な設備は整っている。テレビはCNNやNHKなども視聴可能。浴室はバスタブはない。部屋の施錠はカードキー。 ホテル内にフィットネス施設があり、宿泊客は無料で使用可能。 ホテルの場所は地鉄２号線の長港路駅を下車し、西に１５分くらい歩いたところ（常青路と常青三路が交差するところ）にある。バスの最寄り駅は「常青路常青公園」。天河空港からはリムジンバス（漢口駅行）が便利。
