"El restaurante "Cocina JW" estuvo cerrado para cenar durante toda la estancia y no hubo aviso previo. La alberca tiene bloqueos alrededor y no hay libre acceso aún dentro del horario permisible para nadar. El playground tiene partes canceladas o bloqueadas y los niños no las pueden usar. "Beautiful property overlooking the bay with direct access to the ocean boardwalk. Large shopping mall is about a 20min walk and accessible via the boardwalk. Many local restaurants nearby. The rooms are slightly scuffed since they are older, but overall the room is lovely. "到着時ドアマン、ベルスタッフがいず荷物が多い私たちはチェックインカウンターまで荷物を運ぶ事に。施設の老朽化が進んでいて、部屋のシャワーのでお湯が出なかったり洗面ボールの栓が壊れていて水が貯められなかったり漏水もあった。1日利用できるレストランは2つしかなく、選択肢がなかった。苦情をいいアップグレードしてもらった。ただロケーションは素晴らしくホテルの規模も大きいので、サービスが充実し施設の改修など進めば良いホテルなのだと思う。"
