"We had an amazing family stay at Hilton Sanya Yalong Bay and were very happy with our experience. The hotel is beautiful, relaxing, and perfect for families with children. "Cada vez que voy a la cadena de hoteles Raffles la atención es exquisita lamentablemente en este hotel nadie hablaba inglés las pocas personas que lo hablaban no se les entendía no había comida internacional solamente había comida asiática."

"El restaurante "Cocina JW" estuvo cerrado para cenar durante toda la estancia y no hubo aviso previo. La alberca tiene bloqueos alrededor y no hay libre acceso aún dentro del horario permisible para nadar. El playground tiene partes canceladas o bloqueadas y los niños no las pueden usar. El horario de la limpieza es inconsistente y no se puede establecer una rutina de cuándo puedes volver a la habitación. La encargada de la tienda de golosinas y souvenirs es muy arrogante. "性價比高，酒店職員升級了我們的房間。房間好大、清潔。唯獨一個缺點。廁格卷紙沒有更換新，住三日都只有一卷。酒店泳池好大，又有私人沙灘，雖然不可以落水，但打卡位多。酒店沿海，四周環境好舒服。雖然不是住在主樓層，酒店會用golf 車承載我們過去住的樓層"

"到着時ドアマン、ベルスタッフがいず荷物が多い私たちはチェックインカウンターまで荷物を運ぶ事に。施設の老朽化が進んでいて、部屋のシャワーのでお湯が出なかったり洗面ボールの栓が壊れていて水が貯められなかったり漏水もあった。1日利用できるレストランは2つしかなく、選択肢がなかった。苦情をいいアップグレードしてもらった。ただロケーションは素晴らしくホテルの規模も大きいので、サービスが充実し施設の改修など進めば良いホテルなのだと思う。"
