"We were looked after, by everyone, from the first minute of arrival to getting dropped back off at the airport. The CP staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great holiday. I have travelled a lot and stayed in many hotels, this was the best service I have ever had. The staff knew our names, my morning drink was ready at breakfast, they looked to give us the best service with a smile, anything we needed and more, nothing was too much trouble. "This is my second time here. Great breakfast buffet! So many options, my family enjoyed a lot. Hotel is a bit old… I need to push super hard to close my room door. I booked a private pool room but the pool doesn’t look clean… Overall the experience was good because of the breakfast but prob wont come back again unless they renovate or have new activities going around."

"Generally the stay was good. All the staff in the hotel were very helpful. The lady who cleaned our room were especially very helpful and always having smile on her face. Downside was Room was pretty old .. and smell of sewage came out from the bathroom every night"
