2/10 Terrible

"That was the worst stay we had ever experienced! The place is falling apart, very old furniture and badly maintained. We had a four night reservation and on the second day , when we got there after a day of work, we found a flood coming from the bath tub to the room. The full floor was covered with water and my shopping bags that I left on the floor was all destroyed. They immediately gave us another room, which was the minimum they could do! The worse happened when we went to the “reception “ for checkout after four nights and my husband asked them for a fair discount for all discomfort of moving all our stuff at the end of a long day, the manager who is the owner ( he ended up saying that) treated us badly, screaming at my husband and at his employer that was trying to help us. That’s unacceptable that you pay for a service and you’re treated like trash in the end. Be aware of that place they call “hotel”!"

"The hotel is in a great location. There is a diner and a Starbucks you can walk to easily. The hotel was clean, room was clean and the property was well maintained. If youve stayed at Hampton Inn before you know what kind of breakfast they have. Its decent, filling and free. My only issue was the bed was way too soft. If needed though I would stay here again because of its location."

"Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Had one issue and it was fixed immediately. I once called down for clean towels and within a minute they were delivered to my door. The bartender on our last night was great. Pool was cold but the hot tub was perfect and the hotel amenities were clean! Staff was friendly and helpful."

"The worst stay! The beds were so uncomfortable that you can actually hear and feel the springs. I was lucky to get any sleep at all considering I got there around 10:30pm and was up all day and driving forhours.The carpets were questionable. Water stains/hole on ceiling. The shower ceilings were sooo low that it was hard to take a proper shower. The only positive was the workers were friendly. They probably felt bad for the people that paid to stay at this hotel. I didn’t mention anything because thankfully it was not more than one night and I was so tired that I didn’t want to argue. I just wanted out!"

"Overall good. Good location. I would stay again because it meets my location requirements. The room was very clean. The staff very helpful and friendly. For a Hilton I was surprised by the following things. Could use to upgrade the bedding, it was not comfortable. The bathroom was clean however the attempt at refinishing the tub was peeling off and the no skid rubber on the tub bottom was not clean. TV was not working well and kept going dark and had to be restarted which sometimes fixed it. When I called about it they agreed to compensate but ultimately they didn’t and I forgot to remind them at checkout. Carpet in the room was damp. No privacy/quiet, I was able to clearly hear conversations in the adjacent room and hallways."
