"We were in the 1st floor. Water leaked, bathroom was dirty and had the smell of vomit. We were asked to maintain the temperature below 70 oF, which makes the room extremely cold and you will feel like the beds are wet. Even without children, the price was too crazily high for those conditions. With the same price, you can get something better in the downtown of Niceville."

"My family of 4 stayed here for July 4th weekend. I chose this property due to the closeness to the beach and pool. I liked how the beach was steps away, but it was the most terrible beach I’ve been to here in Florida. The water was brown and murky and the vibes were not it. Not to mention the terrible staff who were not help for anything and one elevator being down. It was fairly clean though and I give it that. I will not stay here again."

"We did not like it, at least it was less than 30 min away from Crystal Beach. The bathroom smells bad, root cause: The curtain, strong moldy smell. The breakfast is the lowest quality ever, you better get something at Panera Bread, Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks."
