"First, we checked into our room and had to repack to move to another room because the refrigerator wasn’t working. The second room had only a little bit of toilet paper. We were told they were waiting on a toilet paper delivery and there was no more toilet paper anywhere in the facility. We looked for some in the lobby restroom, but there wasn’t any. Finally the lady at the front desk brought a partial roll of paper to our room.
On our second day we returned to our room around noon to rest a bit. The door was open and a maintenance man was inside fixing a broken toilet paper holder. (What is it with this place and toilet paper?). We were unable to use the restroom or comfortably rest and were told to come back in an hour or so. We had rented the room for two days! We didn’t ask for the repair and It seems reasonable that any repairs would have been done between guests.
When we checked out, I complained about these situations and was offered $12 in snacks, which I refused. The lady at the desk said she would adjust our cost but since we reserved through Expedia she could not. We would have to resolve it through Expedia.
What do we need to do to lodge a complaint with Expedia? Thank you for your consideration."
