The room is very clean and comfortable, the hotel lobby is very beautiful.Transport is very convenient, Bus stop and MRT station are very near the hotel. The bed is big. We had king size bed. Can actually sleep 3 adults. Staff are friendly and helpful. Cafe snacks and drinks are abit pricy. Hotel not so modern.

Our stay at the Shangri-la was exceptional. The facilities were first rate and the services from the staff even better. Even before our arrival at the hotel, the concierge at the hotel, Oscar, was in touch with us to offer his services regarding transportation, site seeing and other details regarding our visit to Xian. He responded quickly to our email queries and gave detailed advice regarding how to make the best use of our short time in Xian. We were able to very efficiently navigate the city and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Xian because of Oscar's willingness to go over and beyond his job to make us feel at home in a new city.

The rooms division is terrible. Front desk ineffficient, not providing the expected services, lack knowledge, skills and information. Drainage in shower cabinet is too slow, towel taken away although is hung as directed for protection of enivronment. only one bath towel for one guest. Socket should be international type, not Chinese type(you are international hotel, right?). F&B is excellent. Excellent service. Good food quality. Good value for money, good ambience. couldn't ask for more. Please keep up the good work and improve your short falls if you want to stay in your competion with others.
