"We requested breakfast boxes due to early day trip with the front desk staff. However, the kitchen staff didn't have any idea of our request; they simply gave us some takeaway boxes for us to pack food ourselves. This delayed our departure, plus we couldn't pack any drink. "

The hotel even equipped us with hotel card to make it easier for tourist communicate to taxi driver.
