Great hotel. Very well located near the marina restaurants. Staff were lovely, always smiling and going out of their war to help. We went "preferred" which gave us access to a minibar with beer, soft drinks and crisps while also had access to a snack room with sandwiches and other snacks - this was great value for money. Rooms were a good size, shower was superb and lovely pool area. We would def come here again.

Beautiful hotel with lovely rooms, stayed in preferred room. Great mini bar, breakfast lovely. Staff very friendly. Second visit to this hotel will definitely return. Great location for accessing both parts and close to the beach. Loved Sealegs bar and pool.

A beautiful hotel and one where photos you see on a website do not disappoint in reality. The Sea Legs pool was stunning and kept me from going to Dorada beach which is what I’d usually do. Hotel perfectly located for a 5 min stroll to the marina too. Couldn’t fault anything there in all honesty

Staff as always are very good, room was clean and serviced daily although towards the end of the week just the bed was made and bins emptied. Tables and sink wasn’t wiped down. I have to say this didn’t bother me too much. Could do with more hangers and drawers as we just ended up throwing everything in the wardrobe. Lovely sea view as booked a preferred room but need to remember to ask for a room on the other side in future as these get more sun. Overall again we enjoyed our stay and will return.

A separate adults only pool is an excellent idea and was very quiet. There was also a separate area for breakfast and a snack area for Preffered club guests.

Every thing about this hotel is of a very good standard ,it’s very peaceful,excellent location ,great pools ,food and staff are excellent,the rooms are spotless,beds and linen are high quality ,shower is superb ,and also the high pressure toilets ! This was our second stay in this hotel and we cannot recommend it enough ,it’s registered as a 5 star ,which it’s not quite,however for all it has going for it I’d recommend it for all but the most fussy of clients ! Overall great friendly hotel with excellent staff that actually care about their clients and their well being ,you can’t go wrong with this one ,absolutely spotless,thanks dream we shall return ! The amenities are great good pool areas and fitness facilities which are very clean. The room was nice enough, very clean but bed was quite uncomfortable and just not quote 5 star standard. The food quality wasn't great at dinner times I would say 3/4 star at best.

The staff were friendly and helpful at this very pleasant hotel. We were disappointed that the spa/indoor pool was closed during our stay but we understand that this was for refurbishment. The Sea Legs pool area and swim up bar was always clean and tidy. We stayed for 7 nights and visited all of the a la carte restsurants. We we were more than happy with the selection and service but may have had to repeat ourselves if staying longer. The hotel is close by Playa Dorada and an easy walk to either Rubicon Marina or Playa Blanca centre.

Great hotel, great experience, beautiful location amazing beach view. Very helpful staff. Plenty to do or as preferred just relax. I'm still amazed definitely a 5⭐ hotel. Bought Preferred Club and had plenty of options. Massive choice of food plenty of entertainment. If you are looking for something wow that's the place to go.

We stayed in a preferred club room. Our first time at dreams and in playa Blanca, stunning hotel, professional and helpful staff and great perks being in preferred club including the mini fridge and free breakfast included. Beautiful views from the room, extremely clean and just perfect for our stay. Will definitely be returning. Cannot wait.

All the staff were very helpful, especially Isabella for our dinners, always remembering our drinks! Very close to a beautiful beach. The bar staff are very talented making perfect drinks. The hotel has panoramic sea views, walking distance of shops. The grand tour by minute tours was an amazing day out.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The food was very nice but sometimes the al la cart restaurants were slow serving. The pool area were clean and grest pools. The beach was no more than 5 minutes. The hotel is in a grest location.

Brilliant hotel with an excellent location and lovely pools and really liked the water slides. Only thing that was a bit disappointing was that the main lobby and bar did not have any air conditioning..
