"When we arrived, the room's air conditioning was broken; they tried to fix it but couldn't. We asked for another room, but they didn't have any available. We cancelled the reservation; they told us we would get a refund, but after we left, they said they were applying their no-refund policy. Expedia is aware of the situation but hasn't done anything yet. We are waiting for a response from Expedia."
