"The apartment was very clean and within walking distance of Taksim, making the location perfect. The owner and staff were extremely responsive and caring, always ready to help whenever needed. While not related to this property or its owner, there was ongoing construction at the neighboring building, which caused some early morning noise. Also, finding street parking was quite challenging."

"I have enjoyed my stay at Almassa aparthotel very much. It was very clean and the receptionist Mr Hossam is kind and helpful. He gave us a lot of information and provided extra covers and pillows. He helped us with the hot bath and sauna. This facility is great to have in the same place so we didn’t need to go outside. The city is like a village and very nice and friendly people.
