"This was a lovely surprise as we tried hostels first time on our trip. It was new and fresh and had all necessary amenities you might need. Also you can rent a bike to sightsee (def the recommended way even though we just walked). The beds were comfy and the linen clean and good. We got a room as we were two and that was very nice. The fully serviced kitchen has all appliances for cooking yourself and a big grocery store just a few min away. The place is also just a 7 min walk to main Sanjo dori...

"Une allure de Ryokan des temps anciens, tout en bois, un petit déjeuner délicieux et typique. Un emplacement pratique pour aller au temple, situé dans une petite rue résidentiel, vous êtes bien au Japon. le confort n'est pas celui d'un 3 étoiles mais tout est dans le cadre. Une très bonne surprise et un accueil sympa. Question photos il y a de quoi faire dans le tel avec les très belles salle à manger et les petits jardins intérieurs."
