The staff are very kind and accommodating, and the meals are absolutely delicious. You get a full suite of flavors and everything is clearly prepared with intense care and passion. The shared onsen is tranquil and relaxing, as is the in-room tubs if your room comes with one. The room itself had seen some wear, but it was clean and well-kept.

最初に着いた時の車係の印象はイマイチでしたが後はとても満足して帰ってきました。お料理も一つ一つが手が込んでて見ても癒されましたし食べても美味しかったです。 ただ 夜はお酒を飲まなかったし朝もですが 食後にコーヒーのサービスが頂けたらと思いました

職場の元同僚、お世話なった方々を御招待し、80代70代60代の女性3人で露天風呂付きの部屋に宿泊しました。 まずは夕食、朝食共に心の籠った料理、大変美味しかったです。これまで様々な宿に行きましたが、3人共に大満足、個室でゆっくりとおしゃべりしながらいい時を過ごしました。お風呂も湯質良く満足。 しかしながら、残念な点が2点。 部屋のTVのリモコンが汚れていて、それなりの宿なのに大変残念でした。手で触る物なので清潔は当たり前です。また、エアコンの音、朝まで雨音と勘違いするほどでした。 日本旅館らしく古くでも味があり、落ち着くのですが、清潔には気を配ってほしかった。料理、お風呂が大変良かっただけに、大変残念でした。
