"The house overall is in fair condition.
The bathrooms and kitchen are nice. Close to the beach and all the shops nearby on 101. They do need to go through and replace all the broken stuff like the toaster and the little vacuum and also fix the back doors so it doesn't take an effort by three people to get them to close and lock. The games and puzzles should just get thrown away.
The foosball table was a joke. First there were no foosball's, but it was so unstable that my almost 2 grandson...
