The hotel is very close to the train station, very convenient, yet it's a quiet place to stay. Staff are very professional, and communicate well in English. Will come again when visiting Yangawa next time!!!

Great stay, great food!

The rooms were very clean and comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The lobby downstairs was very spacious. Parking was free. Good walking distance to restaurants and stores. Across from a local train station. Breakfast buffet had a good set of options and was very enjoyable for everyone in the group.

Right by the station, very convenient location. Very small rooms, but expected from photos. Nice that it has an onsen, although i didn't get s chance to use it unfortunately. Maybe will come by again to try it out.

I enjoyed the big bath after hiking. it was clean and good temperature. it was a small room but the size of bed was big enough for one or two. there were good-size table and sofa so I don’t need to sit on the bed.

Excellent place and a primo location. The places (we had two groups each staying in separate dwellings) were a slice of more authentic Japan nestled in a picturesque neighborhood. Our only challenges related to some difficultly getting in the places and one place not being ready when we check in. They allowed for a little later check out time on the one place but felt they could have extended it to both since we were all affected by the delay. Otherwise, things got handled well and they we’re understanding when I accidentally kept one of the keys (I had to express mail it back to them). All in all, we’d go back there again!!!

Bugs on bedsheet

One of our bed has several bugs, some crawling, some jumping (probably fleas) which is really scary…. We immediately called the front desk and they did help us swap the room but we already opened the luggage and settled down a little and that was already 10pm, they didn’t allow us to check out a bit later to compensate the time consumed because of this. And although we changed to another room, didn’t feel super comfy that night staying with the hotel, definitely will NOT come back again

柳川駅のすぐ近くで、コンビニもあり食事場所も不自由無しでした。 ホテルの大浴場も満足です。 欲を言えば部屋にある館内用のスリッパの甲の部分が伸びておりブカブカで履いて大浴場に行こうとしたのですが危険です。
