"Pros: the grounds are beautiful, the location is great and close to many natural sites, and our room was large.
Cons: food was pretty bad, service was generally bad, HVAC in our room didn’t work well, and the staff didn’t speak much if any English."

"We are were a family of four.Overall the hotel, was really good because the staff’s service was top notch. The food there was tasty and it was good because it had less oil unlike other restaurants outside. The rooms are huge with a nice spacious living room and it has nice scenery with Guilin mountains."
