"We loved our one night sleepover. The view was so beautiful and access to the beach cant be beat. They are in the middle of renovation and staff was still patient and kind with everything going on. Can't wait until the pool is ready when we return"

"Cheap place to stay when visiting Newport and dog friendly. The floors in the room were dirty and no amenities. Very loud and noisy- right next to the highway. The cleanliness of property was questionable and looked like people lived there- windows and doors open."
