"Don’t let those pictures fool you, our condo was amazing. It is three floors, two large big balconies one overlooking the pool one overlooking the marina. We stayed directly across from the pool. The free parking was right down the street. It has a washer and dryer to full bathrooms two bedrooms it was awesome. Great location very close to a lot of things to do. "Room was very clean and had plenty of hot water. Pool area and restaurants were great. Had a short stay but experience overall was very good."

"It’s a family owned business and we loved that. They were helpful, informative and very customer service friendly. The villa is a little dated, but beautiful views. Very peaceful and accommodating. I would stay again. It’s in the mountains and the roads are winding. It was quite the adventure and a great stay!"

"Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. "

"The staff clamed that they sent me instructions on how to enter the room and I didn’t see anything in my mail box reflecting that claim I had to sleep in my car that night I had no phone number to call."

"This is not a hotel. It is a bedroom with a common space. There is no security, no security door latch locks in the room, floors lack cleanliness and they dont even put fitted sheets, you sleep on top of mattress cover, which is stained with yello marks. We left 15 min. After arrival and asked for refund. Property never answered and there is nobody on the property to contact. Mis lesding information all the way. "

"Room was ok if you like cold showers as there was no hot water … I notified hotel as soon as I noticed and they said there was no isssues before I checked in …staying for two nights so I asked for one back to find another hotel and they declined . Said they would send maintenance out … maintenance never came and I kept saying no hot water … I saw cleaning lady and asked her to show me if I’m doing something wrong and she said previous guests have complained and nothings been done about it’s, so...
