"This property is only good for 1 or 2 stay. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a good experience. We stayed for 6 days and the room was not cleaned. .We asked for the bathroom and room to be cleaned as well for towels and it didn’t happened until the night before we left. "Room was ok if you like cold showers as there was no hot water … I notified hotel as soon as I noticed and they said there was no isssues before I checked in …staying for two nights so I asked for one back to find another hotel and they declined . "Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. "
