"We stayed for 3 days with six people and they never cleaned our room, took our trash or gave us towels. When we did ask for towels they only had 2. Hot tub was luke warm at best. Breakfast was decent and the room was nice. Great location."

"The location was good for my purpose. We had to be moved until we accepted the third room. The first two were unacceptable because of the smell. The shower curtains were soured terribly. After that experience the whole place left a feeling of lack of cleanliness. We did not get comfortable for the remainder of our stay. Also, the television situation was unacceptable. And the gym seemed to be neglected. On the plus side the associate working the front desk went out of her way to help resolve...

"The beds were probably there since hotel open stains all over the mattresses. Horrible stains as my daughter said looks like somebody was shot. Should just go ahead and go in as they spot Check on the property that's your company sign in the sky there. Staff was very friendly and helpful"

"After 4 night stay, we did not have breakfast because no waffles were not available, no milk for cereal or coffee, no cups to get a cup of coffee (cleaning lady got two from her room but no coffee available), cereal was gone from serving dish. We had two towels and one wash cloth for three adults. Requested extra and was promised them but did not get any. Our room was smoky. Was told would get air cleaner but we ended up buying our own to use."

"Very nice room with lots of space and intelligently laid out making all the space useable. Lots of electrical and usb outlets for charging, sound machine and CPAP. Great water pressure. Quiet. Downside, registration desk is in same room as the noisy bar which gives a bad first impression of not being very welcoming due to the poor layout design. The ev charging stations are ChargePoint which very inconveniently requires downloading a cumbersome to set up app."

"The good: I enjoyed my room with the jetted bath. I was nice to soak in with all my aches and pains. Went for the fire expo. It was in a good location to get to and from the expo. The Bad: The shower wouldn’t go down so I pulled up the grate and it was all hair. i had to move it because I was already in the shower and all soaped up. "The place is a mess, filthy, litter everywhere, the former breakfast area is in shambles with no amenities and broken chairs. My room floor was wet, smelled musty, the AC unit was off and hardly worked when on. It looked like it had been pushed part way out of the wall. After 10 minutes I decided I couldn't stay there and asked for a refund and looked elsewhere for lodging. I'm sure the photos posted are from many years ago and suspect the decent reviews are fabricated or also very old. ...
