"Amazing location, the views are incredible, rooms and those bathrooms breathtaking. Great service good value, staff are very attentive with the buggies to get up the hill- we had 2 x 70 year olds with us on a 3 generation holiday. Great location to walk into town or the other way to Lago beach to swim out to the pontoon or go to the swanky spa next door. "Absolutely horrible stay. Rooms are dirty and broken. Electricity ran out for 6 hours and the staff wouldn’t reload the credit for us to have electricity.
Pool dirty, no pumps running, basically infested by mosquitoes in the stagnant water. Stayed only one night instead 2."
