"Upon arrival at 2:45 we weren’t greeted but got a rude introduction by Ella. She informed us we were early and we needed to wait. A nice young man came up to us 30 minutes later and was so friendly getting us checked in. The whole time Ella was screaming at someone on the phone. It was so unprofessional. The facility was beautiful and we did enjoy our stay after the aggressive behavior while checking in."
