The owner mr Osman did everything to make my stay an unforgettable experience. He collected me from the central bus station late at night and organised my return journey to Ankara airport I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and will certainly use it again if I go back .The hotel is perfectly located to explore the ancient village. I recommend this hotel .

Beautiful room, very attentive staff, and perfect location. The view from our room was breathtaking. Thanks to Ismail, Abdulla, and the third chap who was lovely but we couldn't recall his name.
Top tip: Check out Taşev restaurant just next door. It was so lovely we went both nights.

What a lovely place. The owner speaks very little English, but on our first morning he’d asked his son to come and explain the area to us. The room was very comfortable, the heating was on (mid April) and it was cosy. The shower room is clean and the shower was great, but the room is very small with wooden doors that open out. Absolutely amazing. Lovely host and his wife. It’s an old building almost everything is wooden, I’ve had a wonderful sleep. Just a few feet away from the old streets/bazaar. I think this is the best hotel during my travel around Turkey. The buidling was traditional house of Saffranbolu and it was soo beautiful. The room and bathroom was very clean and spotless. Firstly, the property is very authentic with the loveliest view of the town. It is also one of the cleanest I’ve stayed at. The location is great, it is very close to the old bazaar. The breakfast is ready made for you when you arrive which I personally prefer (so it’s not buffet style) and it is very tasty and filling. Definitely recommend this place when staying in Safranbolu.
