"The unit was clean,the beds were comfortable, there was a bath available, the water pressure in the main bathroom was 'to be desired', though the shower water was hot. The main living area was expansive. BUT couldn't get free to air news on the TV, and management had to 'fix' streaming channel. Cooking/oven containers were sparse. The stove top was only ok for cooking. However, the view from the balcony made up for all the flaws mentioned. I'd stay there again, but would confirm with...

"This was our favourite place to stay on our recent road trip. The room was extremely comfortable and clean. The hosts made us feel like family and part of a community. They say it is a boutique motel with the feel of a B & B and that was exactly what we experienced. We highly recommend this motel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Yeppoon."

"Small but clean studio apartment, good facilities although a chair in the room would have been appreciated and more than 2 coat hangers were needed. The Spa bath with shower was not easy to get into and would be a problem for anyone with mobility issues. Excellent views from the balcony."

"Staffs were brilliant and very helpful.
They went above and beyond for our comfort.
The food was amazing. 10 out of 10. The staffs at the restaurant and at reception made us feel special and attended to all our needs despite getting there late.
Our new favourite and go to place in Rocky "
