"This hotel has a lovely lobby, spacious rooms, and a very kind, helpful staff. The first night I arrived late and had trouble finding the hotel; there is no signage on the building or door. During the day, the door is left open and the sign is visible on the wall. The rest of my stay was comfortable, and on the morning I left, the staff helped me get a car to the bus station because my phone wasn't connecting very will."

"It was a great hotel with amazing staff. The staff were professional, friendly and kind. The rooms were new and cleaned every day with restocked necessities. We had reserved the junior suite and it was very spacious. We arrived early in the morning but the hotel was able to provide us with our room much earlier than regular check in. The breakfast options were plenty and very delicious. I would 100% recommend this hotel."

"The hotel was good and clean but their policy for checking in was a bit strange. They insisted on taking all passports and keeping a copy. This was particularly difficult after a long trip with kids and a large group. We had to wait a long time for everyone to arrive and hand over their passports. The staff were slow and didn’t seem to consider our situation with sleeping children."
