The hotel is at the centre of a shopping street and wonderful restaurants, the back side is the beautiful Old Harbor's breakwater and lighthouse. The staff were warm and friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended and would still choose to stay here on my next visit to Chania."

"Great location, great staff, fantastic breakfast! Highly recommend. Only issue is parking because old town Chania is not accessible by car, so you have to find parking about a 1/2 mile away and walk. Still worth it, just be prepared for the parking spot hunt. (We found parking garage, and paid about 25€ a day)"

"This should have been rated 5 star but for a 63 year old to lug a 23 kg suitcase across 300 meters of cobbled stone alleys and steep staircases was not warranted. They could have advised us a simple route walking via the corniche. Anyways the room and bathroom were good. The staff was exemplary in helpfulness."
