I believe this is the best place in Sivas , Very nice place, Very Friendly staff, and Finally I found English speakers in the Hotel , I have tried many other hotel but i think this is the best

Great choice

its all amazing , everything was great , they have a great variety in the buffet , the room is wide and clean , the staff are so friendly, AND SPEAK ENGLISH :) Finally I found a hotel with ENGLISH speakers , The only problem I had is that the hotel has No A.C , But anyway Sivas weather is always cold

schlecht geschultes Personal! Trotz gebuchter Halbpension wollte man uns nicht ins Restaurant zum Dinner lassen, erst nach langer Diskussion. Im Zimmer hat es nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen und Aschenbecher waren vorhanden obwohl wir ein Nichtraucherzimmer gebucht und bestätigt hatten. Beim Buffet wurde nicht nachgefüllt!

Gerçekten çok sevdik özellikle temizlik konusunda her şey oldukça iyiydi. Akşam yemeği için alakart menü de mevcut fazla seçenek yoktu ama gerçekten ilgileri temizlik ve olanakları ile beklentimizin üzerindeydi.

Odamızda dus almak için su yoktu. 4 kere aramamıza ramen ilgilenen olmadı diyebilirim. Odaya girdiğimizde havlu ve banyoda şampuan yoktu. Havuzlar pisti. Personel ilgisizdi. Genel olarak memnun kalmadım.

2 aile gittik her iki ailede memnun kalmadık. Şikayetlerimizi dile getirince bize Hotel. Com uygulaması üzerinden aldığımız cevabıyla karşılaştık. Kahvaltı vasattı, akşam yemekleri lezzetliydi. Hamamda görevliden hamam tası istedim ve bana başka görevliyi yönlendireceğini söyledi gelende kimse olmadı. Havuz suyunun soğuk olduğunu söyledim dışarıda olduğu içindir diye cevap aldık. Kaplıca alanının genel olarak kirli olduğunu söyledik otel müdürüne müdürün kendisinde bugün temizlik günü siz ertesi günü görün denildi. Demek ki her gün temizlik yapılmıyor. Oda perdesi yırttıktı, kaydırak baaamaklarında delik vardı çocuklar için tehlikeli bir durum, odamızda havlu yoktu resepsiyonu arayıp durumu anlatınca resepsiyon görevlisi bizimle birlikte sitem etti.
